I was expecting far better from the encouraging reviews. I see now only one of those was from the original paperback recipe book, the others were all on Kindle.None of the pictures in the recipe book are in color making them very drab and boring. The paper used is cheap. Most of the recipes included in this book I will never use because they are either impractical or things I would never eat, and believe me I am not picky. Also, many of the ingredients are given in grams, so even though it says it is printed in the USA, I believe the author must be foreign. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but typically we do not use grams for measurement here. All in all, this cookbook is a waste for me. I already figured out how to make french fries, onion rings and fried chicken. I also cook bacon in my air fryer and it’s the best. But as far as finding innovative fun recipes, this cookbook does not cut it. Sorry.
